Turned my pumps on for the first time and noticed that the left side has an ungodly clicking sound. The right side does not make that noise. Is it sealed incorrectly?

Yes, a weak seal can cause this. Please ensure all parts are dry & snapped tightly with no gaps. If it still clicks, please email a video of the sound, order #, and SN to babysupport@eufy.com!
