I have two indoor cams. One works great. The other takes up to 10 seconds to respond to commands from the app. I returned it and got a replacement, thinking that the device was defective. But the replacement has the same problem.
What happens if you swap places? It may be that one has marginal wifi signal or interference from something nearby.
