I bouth a doorbell dual S330 and I am trying to add the to the HomeBase S380 and is not get conection, said UNABLE TO ADD DEVICES, If any help will be appreciate.
Are you doing the initial set up right next to the home base? That’s what has to be done. Other than that not sure, I’ve had other cameras fail the first time but always worked the 2nd attempt. Make sure the device is fully charged. Is there a beep and a blue status light when you press and hold the sync button?
yes, I did that more at less 7 times (hear a beep and a blue status light), the doorbell is charged and I also reset the doorbell presing the sync botton for 10 sec.
it get stock on the part where scan the barcode from my cellphone app after coople sec said, unable to add devices. do you think this one could be a factory defect. what do you sugeest?

I have more camereas attached to the base, and is not the base de problem. I did charge the doorbell 100% direct to the usb on the base, and went I move the doorbell the ligth came on, like the sensore find a movemnet on dark so, cameras and sensor are working. but is not scaning the barecode on the phone.
problem solved. the issue was the cellphone is on dark mode (for battery saving perpose) app is not optimized for darkmore maiking the surrounder of the barcode black, thanks anyway, I appreciated!

But more to the point, f* YOU, Eufy, you fucking assholes. It’s been almost a year and this absolutely retarded bit of UX is still in your loathsome system. This company is sleazy, slimy, scumbags, and I will gleefully piss on their ashes.
I contacted eufy because I had this issue, not once did they suggest turning dark mode off on the phone, they even sent me a new doorbell and it would not connect either. Turning off dark mode instantly allowed the doorbell to connect! Why they don’t know that this is an issue and include that step in their setup or troubleshooting steps is beyond me.
