unable to download recorded events from homebase while out off country on cell 5g, or starlink internet. system was completely useless on our trip. received notification of events but no access to recording. very unsatisfied. what’s use of security system if you can’t see what’s happened till after you get home. thought I was getting a good system for my family. not so sure now.
