P2P problems with brand new video doorbell.
My email address has changed from this one to an email @icloud.com which I did tell the customer support. My problems are the same as those above and I have tried everything that is stated in other posts . The P2P error prevents me seeing live footage also prevents me from configuring some of the features in my brand new video doorbell. I have tried everything stated in other posts above but no joy and the customer support at Eufy’s was supposed to send me an easy fix via email but I am still waiting for that email. I am so disappointed with the doorbell faults because I have three Eufy cameras and homebase 2 which work perfectly. If this is not resolved quickly I want a replacement and looking at how many people have the same problem I will keep on requesting replacements until I get one that actually works. My firmware on all of my Eufy’s devices is completely up to date according to the App but that’s probably wrong as well. I’m still waiting for the easy fix email, and yet another callback from Eufy
Settings so hard to find for video length
I switch from homebase 2 to homebase 3 and now i can’t connect the doorbell. With the camera’s i had no problems
I can’t hear anything through the app from my doorbell camera. I can’t hear the sales people that come by. How to fix this problem?
My door bell seems to miss a who bunch of things

My doorbell does the same. It has a delay. Is nobody answering this item or has a solution?
Eufy is really shit, warning after 1 minute and when trying to look live video again an enourmous deley.

Hello Geofencing doesn’t want to work. It insists asking for geolocalization permit when it already has every possible permit.
Few weeks ago it was working. Not perfectly but still working.
