We set our E340

We set our E340 up 3 days ago & all was fine , until today when my wife ( Samsung S24 ) stopped receiving notifications . I still receive them as normal ( IPhone 15 )
We’ve tried uninstalling the app , checking settings on the device & double checking we’ve got everything set up the same .
Any ideas ? Thanks in advance

Have you tried restarting the phone and switching phone’s Wi-Fi off and back on?

Hi there, I have the same problem with my E340 notifications was working and then just stopped I had this problem before so I deleted the doorbell and then reinstalled it and it started working but has now happened again which I’m not happy about

Have her sign out and back in to the app

We’ll try that , we’ve tried just about everything else . My wife is pretty close to returning it & buying a RING doorbell :rofl:

Maybe the phone is killing the app from running in the background when not in use?
Look in the phones battery settings in the settings of the phones apps.

We tried that too , we’ve managed to sort it though . Reset the 340 & started fresh , so far so good . Thanks for the help mate :+1:t2:
