What causes the pump to make this airy sound? Hopefully you can hear it. It’s only on one pump. Has anyone had this issue and were you able to fix it?
I have this on only one too! I think it’s from leaning too far forward or back.

One of the part is out of line. Re close and it should stop.
If it were me, I would take it apart, wash it, dry it, and reassemble your pump.
Moisture on one of the parts not allowing a good seal
I have never used a breast pump. I wanted to start by stating that, but I’m a retired ICU Registered Nurse and have dealt with MANY suction apperatus’. It sounds as though something is disrupting the seal. If pump has always sounded like this start with the trouble shooting section in the manual and if you didn’t keep yours (I NEVER DO…lol) I’ve been successful with looking up tutorials by searching for brand and model name. This product may be an inferior pump that has a high rate of being returned because of the problem you are having. I’m sure you have tired reapplying, cleaning, and drying. Maybe as others have suggested, disassemble and examine the pieces looking very closely for hairline cracks in the hard plastic pieces. Examine the seal line looking for minute deformities or areas of hardening or rigidity to the pliable plastic that conforms to the skin. With it powered on, remove the tubing from the machine and place your hand over the connection to feel how strong the suction is. Once you block the connection be listening to the difference in the sound of the machine. If you do not hear a diifference or feel a weak suction, the problem is the machine, and not a leack in the tubing or attachment. I hope you find a good, simple, and cheap resolution.
