We know many of you have been wondering: “I’ve been checking in and completing tasks every day… but what exactly can I do with these Credits?” :thinking: We hear you — let us clear that up once and for all!

:sparkles: How to Earn Credits?

Daily Check-in :date: Simply open the App and check in each day to earn your daily Credits!

Complete Tasks :military_medal: We have launched a series of fun exploration tasks. Complete them to earn corresponding Credits. For example:

  • Share something on the Community page

  • Explore the Anka and chat with it

  • …

The more you do, the more you earn :chart_increasing:

:light_bulb: Quick tip on Community posts: To keep the community experience great for everyone, posts need to have some genuine content to be approved and earn Credits. We totally appreciate your enthusiasm — just make sure your post shares something meaningful (a review, a tip, your experience, etc.), and you will be all set! Very brief posts may not pass the review, so put a little thought into it and you are good to go :blush:

What Can You Do With Credits? :red_question_mark: Turn your Credits into real rewards :tada:

Once you have saved up enough credits, you can redeem them for gift cards! Gift cards are currently available for users in the US and Canada. We are kicking things off with Amazon gift cards (values around $5–10), with more options — including Starbucks and cards from other platforms — on the way.

La imagen es muy buena y bonita. Es importante, pero lamento mucho no entender completamente porque no hablo inglés. ¿Sería posible ponerlo en español? Por eso, soy de El Salvador y hablo español.

How or where do you redeem the credits?

When can we expect information on how to redeem our credits? Also, can we expect our expired credits to be reinstated since they couldn’t be used?

Básicamente habla de cómo ganar créditos y en que se pueden gastar.

Se pueden ganar entrando a la app todos los días, haciendo tareas que pueden ser compartir cosas en la web de soundocre, hablar con anka y escribir cosas sensatas en la web. No vale “aaaaa”.
Se pueden gastar en tarjetas de Amazon, pero solo para EEUU y Canadá.

I can see the store where I can redeem my credits on Soundcore products, but I can’t find where to redeem them for GIFT CARDS.

I few other apps allow you to select a gift card from various other online and in-store retailers. I’m looking to redeem my points for Cabela’s or Bass Pro Shops.

And why is that @soundcore? Other countrys as mine and yours do seem to have a shop, but can’t get similar items like me. It’s a mistery what’s behind that…
