What happened to the tilt? I loved this feature and now I don’t see it. Is it located elsewhere or is it optional now? Please tell me im losing it lol and don’t see it

If you’re talking about the camera tilting up and down, the buttons are right there is the center circle with the 4 little arrows on your screenshot.

No this picture was when it was available for a short period of time and then after an update it went away. The picture is proof that it was there previously
