What is the best mode b and w, color, or off for the best clarity for capturing faces around 25 feet away at night?

I don’t think colour would work at night for that distance. (for close range it is best). For 25 feet I would use infrared. But also I would try all three to see what works best as it depends on the ambient lighting for where your camera is looking.
