What is with people and pee… Lady behind me poured pee all over, this guy at least was trying to go to the alley but people are out so he did it in their side of the porch at least…

At least this wasn’t all over my side of the porch and wasn’t someone deliberately carrying a cup of pee to pour on my door/doorbell.
Sometimes you just got to go when you’re over filled from drinking to much but there’s got to be a better spot to go
It happens, but why was he lingering on afterwards? Is he some utility worker?
I think they work construction. Either he’s a new neighbor just moving in with the next door neighbors or works with one.. He just doesn’t want to be hit by a car in those early morning hours.
Looks like his plan was to go between the apartments but people were out and about at that hour, so he did it out of view (for the most part) on their side of the porch you can see him redoing his pants before going back in. I guess this happens when 9+ people live in a 1 bath…
