What’s the best way to attach a Eufy to a walk in chicken run made of mesh?

On Amazon, search for camera fence mount or you could probably get away with a clip on camera mount as well.

Carefully 
You could Mount the camera to a piece of wood then use zip ties / cable ties to strap the wood onto the chicken wire.
