Clear the lens. I use a dry tissue (kleenex) then a wet one and then a dry one.

Spider web, as we can see it moves with the wind.

I use a extension pole with a soft fiber towel on the end about once a month to clear out the website. No problem here in the winter, just fog.

definitely a spider web. A constant problem on my multiple cameras during warmer weather when spiders are out. I am constantly having to deweb them. I have a couple microfiber cloths attached to a long pole to clean them and have to do it almost every other day

yep I get that problem too, those spiders are attacted by the CCTV and their webs are everywhere!
You want to clear them spiders, just spray some Home Defense insect spray around the camera or spray it onto a rag and wipe it around the camera.
