what’s the point of eufy giftcards i got one with my points but when I try to use it in the app to buy c220 indoor cam I get the this code isn’t valid for the items in your basket.
aren’t gift cards supposed to be basically cash?

was inputting the code at wrong page you enter gift card at the actual payment page.

My code work OK.
I struggled a bit trying to figure out how to use the Black Friday cards. Found out you can only use them via the app or site connected to link included in email. Not all items were available for purchase that I intended to buy.

If you got giftcard via app it can only be used on the app and vice versa for website
You will need to got through all pages of buying item then on the actual payment screen is where you enter giftcard code
After adding to card click on checkout then u will have an option to add the gift card which will work

You may be using the wrong code. Also Black Friday cards can only be used on specific site
