When I call someone, they can’t hear my voice clearly. Meaning, the outside sound is very noisy.

Turn the volume up, and try using the right earbud, as it acts as the master mic.
Test your earbuds with a different Bluetooth device and in another environment to see if the issue persists.
If you’re in a noisy environment, speak a bit louder — background sounds can interfere with microphone clarity.
