how many secs is it set to record? Each event which is limited to a certain amount of secs for play back

Mine too since last update camera is useless
I’m experiencing the same thing since the update to version 3.3.3.8 on 2/27. This occurs on every device we attempt to play back on, two samsung phones and a samsung tablhome-based. Stops after a few seconds, before reaching the end. Only videos from solocam S340 are affected. Videos from doorbell camera work fine. Both are connected to S380 homebase.

My phone is a samsung, I cleared the cache and data from the app and all is working fine again
Same here , few seconds and no video … multiple different camera’s same problem … chache en delete app no fix
