Im guessing your motion is set. Even on the lowest setting at night it will activate with any movement.
Yes would be set on all motion not just human & set on the highest sensitivity. But there would be multiple video recordings like this one if that was the case.., 
Happens to mine almost every night. Nothing’s moving, but I think it is reacting to my neighbor’s truck being started as he goes to work at 4 am.
Because the camera has motion detection which triggers the activation of the camera and the recording process
