My camera is a E340 and it does the same thing. I think if she had gone out to the street next to the van, it would have followed. I think because she went under the camera it did not follow.

Eufy is horrible. Getting rid of it. Two cameras offline for over two months. Doesn’t track very well. Misses events. Only partially tracks. First couple years, few issues….now it’s got to go!

Mine too. Will be replacing my cameras with another company, such as RING. Two cameras offline over two months. Junk!
