why dont the camera show the delivery person anymore in the events. any one else’s having this problem?

Power cycle your homebase it’s the AI cache corrupted and just needs clearing

did your settings under notifications get changed to without a thumbnail?
All good advise here…
Had rhis since I bought doorbellbtried all sensitivities but if they are fast enough from the way my door is positioned they have to linger a bit.
