Try to calibrate your camera if isn’t mounting correctly

I just noticed looking at it again that only 1 image is upside down that is strange. I agree with the other comment to try re calibrating it and or restarting it

I had the same idea of rotating the video settings to 180 degree rotation but also see the bottom image is correct. I would still try the reset to 180 just to see what happens. Maybe even shut off and back on.

Did anyone ever identify a solution? I tried everything mentioned. I turned the device off and back on, I rotated view by 180, I restarted the device, I removed it from my network and added it back. But nothing changed. Please advise.

I also recalibrated the device. I also am having a problem with the PTZ function not working either but I don’t know if that is a part of the same problem. Any thoughts anyone?

I ended up calling customer service and they got it fix l fixed. Part of the problem was I had that 180° switched on and it was causing 1 screen to flip. Thank ya’ll for the help. It’s much appreciated

Lol I tired!!

Try going into video settings and change from dual to single view. If the image is upside down change the 180 on. Take a look to see if it corrected. If so try dual view and see if both images are corrected. If it worked in single view and not both contact Eufy. Use just single until they find a fix, of course that’s if it worked in single.

So what was there actual fix for one being correct and the other upside down ??

Go to settings, then click rotate image

It’s in video settings

Yes I the eufy support helped me get it fixed. I’ll try and attach the email that was sent to me from them. I’m not very fluent in emails and how to work them do bare with me.

What kind of cam are you using please? I was looking for the 180 rotation solution for the S340 Cam, but alas, it does not exist other than re-mounting the camera upside down. Searching support online for a solution yields: “Currently, the 4K Battery Cam eufyCam 3 T8160 and Solocam S340(T8170) do not support a 180° screen rotation. We recommend adjusting the physical direction of the camera for optimal sun exposure. Thank you for your valuable feedback, and we will pass it on to our technical team for future improvements.” Judging from the several threads on this topic and the age of some of the comments, I’d say development has been and may still be busy with other features/fixes. SMH, seems pretty common sense to me; a big miss on product marketing’s planning imo. I would have bought something else if I had known, but I could not find the answer when I was shopping around. #buyersremorse #captivecustomer

Wait
what if 1/2 of your property is actually upside down, and the camera just happened to catch it, kind of like Stranger Things?
