Why is my Eufy S4 camera not doing a Screenshot every 15min?
Is a permanent power supply needed for that?
Yes it is enabled and the camera is powered via USB
From what I’ve read it doesn’t need a permanent power source for snapshot to work, as it does warn you that battery power will decrease more.
Are you using a HomeBase?
Is the app up-to-date and camera firmware also?
Try turning snapshot off for 30m or so.
Turn it off, restart the device, wait 30m and turn it on again and see if this helps.
You may also consider rebooting or power cycling the homebase as well, if it’s connected to one.
