Why my k20 left bud, sometime lost connection for fee seconds?

Place both earbuds in the charging case. After removing them, press and hold the touch areas on both earbuds for about 10 seconds until you hear a notification sound — this resets the connection. - Play stored music or videos on your device (not streamed) to check if the issue persists. Sometimes streaming apps can cause short dropouts.
