I have a few 2k wired cams that I haven’t used for a while and they were working fine but now I plug them in and I get no video, just a off-white screen. They do notify though and the notification has a thumbnail of the video so I’m not sure what’s wrong.

Are they connected to a home base? If so try “restart “ or unplug it and wait a few minutes and plug back in. I’ve had this happen but to only 1 camera at a time and restating Home base always works
I figured it out. The cameras were connected to a guest network which was isolated from the network that my phone was on. Once I put them on the same vlan they started showing up.
