I’m no longer getting notifications from my 2 door bells to my mobile phone. I tried to follow advice given on app but I don’t have the heading in settings which recommended to troubleshoot same? I recently changed my phone to a newer upgrade so I feel this is possibly linked… help please

Why ‘hide’ this information? Knowledge for Users is essential, Help of every kind should be available directly via Eufy.app. As should access to Manuals. I am aware that Manuals are touted as being accessible via the App, if you stumble across a Link. That is far as luck will take a User, the Links lead only to older products, and current versions are noticeably absent. There is no sensible reason to withhold New Product Manuals from publication, which would be useful to Users when they are making purchase choices. Please enable a feature that places ALL Manuals in one Help Section.
