I. Policy Overview
This Content Policy (hereinafter “Policy”) governs your use of the content-sharing features on the eufy Community platform, including access to community discussions and shared materials.
By registering for or using the eufy Community services, you agree to adhere to this Policy. If you disagree with any terms, you shall refrain from using the platform or accessing its content.
II. User-Generated Content Guidelines

(1) Feature Faves: Share your favorite eufy features, experiences, or tips.
(2) Ask Community: Ask and explore the best eufy smart home solutions and community practices.
(3) Fun Captures: Share your joyful moments captured on eufy cameras.
(4) Positive Engagement: Participate in discussions and support fellow community members.
- Discouraged Content
(1) Product Issues or Suggestions: The eufy team loves to support and hear your feedback. However, to streamline the process and ensure your feedback is well-heard and proactively followed by our team, please share your product issues or suggestions via our Official Response option via our App Community.
(2) Disrespectful Engagement: Offensive Language, Spam, Self-Promotion, and Sharing Misinformation.
(3) We require that all content created and submitted must:
- be original;
- does not infringe third-party IP or rights;
- be lawful and compliant with eufy’s various platform’s community standards.
- not involve sensitive topics, such as: political topics, racual, ethnic, religious topics or cultural discrimination etc.
III. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for all User Content that you post.
You shall make sure the User Content you post must in their entirety comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Without limiting the foregoing, User Content shall not:
a. Contain any material that is defamatory, obscene, indecent, abusive, offensive, harassing, violent, hateful, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable.
b. Promote sexually explicit or pornographic material, violence, or discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
c. Infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property or other rights of any other person.
d. Violate the legal rights (including the rights of publicity and privacy) of others or contain any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable laws or regulations or that otherwise may be in conflict with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
e. Be likely to deceive any person.
f. Promote any illegal activity, or advocate, promote, or assist any unlawful act.
g. Cause annoyance, inconvenience, or needless anxiety or be likely to upset, embarrass, alarm, or annoy any other person.
h. Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organization.
i. Give the impression that they emanate from or are endorsed by us or any other person or entity, if this is not the case.
In posting or sharing User Content or other information on the eufy Community, please keep in mind that content and other information will be publicly accessible, and may be used and re-shared by others on the eufy Community and across the web, so please use caution in posting or sharing on the eufy Community, and be mindful of your account settings. eufy is not responsible for what you or others post or share on the eufy Community.
IV. Intellectual Property Rights
1. Ownership of User Content
1.1 You retain any and all Intellectual Property Rights in the User Content that you post. We do not claim ownership of the User Content unless otherwise agreed between us. You are solely responsible for the User Content and assumes any and all risks associated with use of the User Content, including any reliance on its accuracy, completeness, or usefulness by others, or any disclosure of the User Content by the User that makes the User or any third party personally identifiable. Unless we state otherwise in writing, you may not state or imply that the User Content is in any way provided, sponsored, or endorsed by us.
1.2 Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, by uploading and publishing User Content through the Eufy Comminuty, you represent and warrant that you have all rights, power, and authority necessary to further distribute, license, and/or sub-license the User Content to us and other users. Because you alone are responsible for User Content, you may be exposed to liability, if you post or share User Content without all necessary rights.
1.3 If users share videos on the eufy Community that have undergone AI processing, they are required to clearly indicate whether AI was used, specify the exact manner in which AI was applied, and clarify whether a human maintained sufficient creative control over the final work. The eufy Community team will use machine-based review methods to detect potential AI involvement in submitted content. If there is a suspicion that AI was used, the eufy Community team will proactively label the content as AI-edited according to applicable laws.
2. Licenses and Its Scope
2.1 By providing any User Content, you grant us and our affiliates and service providers, and each of their and our respective licensees, successors, and assigns the right to use, reproduce, perform, display, distribute, and otherwise disclose to third parties any such material for any purpose/according to the agreement between you and Anker.
2.2 This license includes, but is not limited to, the rights to use, copy, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works based on, disseminate, perform, screen, display, distribute, store and utilize such content (in whole or in part, as well as any name, username, voice or portrait related to the content) for commercial or non-commercial promotion, and/or to use such content in any other form of work, media or technology known currently or developed in the future, and to sub-license third parties to use it in the aforementioned manner. In order to better share and promote users’ content and enhance its dissemination value and influence, the eufy Community may display and promote users’ content on it’s page.
2.3 Privacy and Commercial Use of Identifiable Content
Notwithstanding the broad intellectual property licenses granted in Sections 2.1 and 2.2, eufy deeply respects your privacy and personal data rights. If the User Content you upload contains personally identifiable information (PII), including but not limited to recognizable human faces, voices, or other biometric data (collectively, “Identifiable Content”):
Internal & Platform Use: The license granted in 2.1 and 2.2 is strictly limited to operating, displaying, and promoting the content within the eufy Community platform or related non-commercial internal Eufy channels.
External Commercial Marketing: eufy and our sub-licensees will NOT use your Identifiable Content for external commercial marketing, advertising, or promotional campaigns (such as paid social media ads or public marketing materials) solely based on the license in this Policy. Should eufy wish to use your Identifiable Content for such commercial purposes, we will contact you to obtain your explicit, separate, and informed consent in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and applicable state laws regarding the right of publicity. You retain the right to withdraw this explicit consent at any time.
3. Dispute Resolution
For any matters related to dispute resolution, you shall follow our Terms of Use.
V. Privacy and Data Processing
Your use of the eufy Community involves the collection and processing of your personal data, including the User Content you choose to share. Please be aware that to provide community hosting services, we may engage third-party platforms, and your data may be transferred to and stored in data centers located outside of your resident jurisdiction (including transfers to the United States).

VI. AI-Assisted Content Moderation
To ensure a safe, respectful, and legally compliant environment for all users, the eufy Community utilizes advanced artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning technologies, including large language models provided by industry-leading third-party partners (such as Google), to assist in analyzing and moderating User Content.
By submitting content to the eufy Community, you acknowledge and agree to the following regarding our AI moderation processes:

Purpose of AI Usage: Our AI moderation tools are employed strictly to detect and filter content that violates this Policy, such as spam, offensive language, unlawful material, or inappropriate media.

Human Oversight and Right to Appeal: We do not rely solely on automated decision-making for critical actions. While AI models help efficiently flag or temporarily hide potentially violating content, eufy maintains human oversight. If you believe your User Content was mistakenly removed or your account was incorrectly restricted by our automated systems, you have the right to request human review and appeal the decision by contacting us at communityteam@eufy.com.

Data Privacy & AI Training: Your privacy remains our priority. User Content processed by our AI moderation tools is transmitted securely. In accordance with applicable data protection laws (including the GDPR and CCPA) and our enterprise agreements with AI providers, your personal data and User Content processed via these moderation tools are NOT used by our third-party partners to train, improve, or fine-tune their foundational AI models.
VII. No Warranty
The User You understands and agrees that User Content is created and/or published by Users of the Services. The User Content is in no way inspected, tested, or otherwise quality controlled by us. Hence, we provide no representations, guarantees, warranties, or indemnification as to the User Content and any damages resulting from the User’s use of User Content published through our Site. For example, and without limitation, we provide no representations, guarantees, warranties, or indemnification as to the descriptions and labeling of User Content published through the Site, or any factual, technical, and formal inaccuracies or errors. We provide no representations, guarantees, warranties, or indemnification as to the quality or flawlessness of the User Content and shall not be liable to any User for any damage incurred as a result of using User Content published through the Site.
If you wish to report any defective content, including User Content, or request the removal of your posts from our platforms, please contact us via communityteam@eufy.com and legal-tm@anker-in.com. We will make every effort to address your concerns and remove the specified content from our platforms. However, please note that we cannot guarantee the deletion of content that may have already been saved or shared by other users.
VIII. Content Moderation
Content moderation is essential to maintain a safe, respectful, and informative community. It ensures that discussions remain relevant and constructive, protects users from harmful content, and upholds the integrity of the community.
The Eufy Community has the right to review the content posted and entered by users, and has the right to handle illegal and non-compliant content in accordance with relevant laws, regulations and the Eufy Community norms. The eufy team will review posts and comments to enforce these guidelines, fostering a positive environment for all members.
You can earn 100 eufyCredits for a new topic that passes review, with a limit of one reward per day. Please note that eufyCredits are granted based on the approval time. If posts submitted on different days are approved on the same day, you’ll receive only one 100-eufyCredits reward for that day.
Once your topic has been approved, eufyCredits will be automatically added to your eufy account. You can check your credit details by navigating to the app’s sidebar, selecting “eufy Fan Center,” and then “Credit Details”.
