I absolutely love all of your products we have. Mostly being the s330 cameras. We have 5 outside the house plus the base which has been great due to being we can store so many thousands of videos since purchasing. With me having Multiple Sclerosis it makes watching my pups outside playing so easy on days where I’m having a hard time getting around. The only problem I have is when my big dog gets out and I have to drive around looking for him. I really need to get at least 1 of the tracking tags to make finding him hopefully a little easier. Maybe one of these days I will get around to getting the tags. I’ve also gotten to enjoy much of the wildlife around here between the birds small animals and the deer around me it has been an amazing investment!

We have one of our devices one of our s330s that is just dead completely dead it stopped working totally about 3 months after purchase it just will not charge no will it work plugged in trust we have tried. We absolutely love our entire system other than this one problem. Is there any way to rectify this issue at all? Please advise help. I purchased online. Could yall look up my receipt to help if we can trade it in. I have card info ect if needed for verifying. Thank you for helping or responding in advance I do appreciate your time and help with everything.

Open the sidebar and click on Help, from there you can contact them or start a warranty claim.
