I purchased the S340 camera that includes a solar panel on top. I assumed the solar panel would help with this delayed recording problem. Unfortunately the same delay happens that has been reported for years now. I was pleased with the camera and all of the features it offers, however this problem makes it useless. I’ll be returning it tomorrow for a refund.
