You’re right on the money mate! This product and company are a joke! They need to have a massive disclaimer on the front of the box saying, IF YOUR HOUSE IS LARGER THAN 10M2 AND DOESN’T HAVE PAPER THIN WALLS THIS PRODUCT WON’T WORK!!

I do not recommend eufy products, they are very pricey and the quality is very low. I bought a 4G LTE Cam S330 just a few Months ago and the solar panel has already stopped working.

Meant to be smart learning and I get the same false detection of human when it’s a bin and never moves over And over

I made a big mistake purchasing my eufy cameras. They are supposed to be Apple HomeKit compatible. While you can connect it to the HomeKit, what you get is pretty much useless. Contacting customer support about the constant missing events is a total waste of time. They know the cameras are bad at catching events and have no solutions to actually fix the problems. They should stop selling them until they can make a product that actually works all the time as advertised.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! Eufy cameras are not reliable, and they fail to connect and record after about 2 years. I own a total of 24 Eufy cameras of which 2 Eufy Cam2 pros refuse to connect to the home base despite being fully charged. I have had a very bad experience with these models in particular, but most recently with the C210 due to very poor battery life. The C210, while inexpensive, runs out of battery in less than 2 weeks which is one reason I have been forced to return them.
