Eufy to Google Home linking problems

Same problem here. I got my Eufy 2K (battery powered) doorbell on the strength of it being able to intrgrate with a Google Nest Hub Max and later splashed out on the Hub Max only to find that when I try to link the Eufy account it fails with “No compatible devices were found…” error message. Not acceptable when the Eufy is advertised as compatible. Are you reading this Eufy tech support?

UPDATE 05/05/2023
Got it to work. Changed the linked account to the 1st Eufy Admin account instead of one that had received a Eufy share invitation. Initially the live video feed was not available. Tested again 10 hours later and live feed had begun to work.

No 2-way audio yet but from reading the online posts Eufy are working on that one.

Still having an issue with this. Same as described above except after putting in the six digit code I get a screen with a link “Return to app” that goes nowhere. Refreshing does not help.

I am currently suffering this problem and have been for some days, I go through all of the log-in on google home only to be told that it failed to connect to eufy security server. I have tried to contact eufy support without success (they just send pre-prepared emails) Has anyone had this problem and did you manage to fix it
