Has Eufy Given Up?

Same with the 2 Pros too. I have three 2 Pro 2ks that are all on fw 3.8.4 and have privacy zones. Couple weeks ago I bought a fourth 2 Pro that’s running fw 3.1.4 and has no privacy zones. Eufy insists that both hardware forks have exactly the same features … till you call them on it, then they fess up. What I’m reading on Reddit, however, is that the 2 Pro cams actually have FOUR different hardware forks. I’m just sick of Eufy. Got ripped off on the epensive L70H robot vac too. I needed to change my WiFi key for security reasons. Eufy said only way to do it is to remove and reinstall vac using app. Exchanged several emails, took days to hear in the first place. Took several tries for the app to recognize and reinstall the vac, but then it spun in circles saying sensor is “dirty.” Eufy said Lidar sensor died, but vac was a few days out of warranty. “So sorry, this may sound harsh,” but we’re wiping our hands of you. I bought a Roborock which works great, has none of the crazy weirdnesses of the Eufy. And I can just change the WiFi key when I need to. I’ll keep my existing Eufy cams and solar panels, but I won’t buy anything Eufy … unless Homebase 3 integrates standalone cams with Homebase cams. Then I’ll buy the Homebase 3.

I want the heads of this division to have Eufy security installed in their own homes. And they need to actually USE IT as their primary home security system. As all systems… a few entry keypads on main entryways… window/ door sensors… indoor cams on primary areas… wireless cams on those hard to reach areas… a doorbell cam… and a couple of floodlight cams for the high traffic areas. ( that whole EUFY security family crap )

How long would they make it ??? Wife… 2.5 kids…and a couple of dogs… all using the Eufy stuff they designed???

My guess… 1 day
