I almost live with Liberty 4 NC’s in my ears. I have two pairs, and they’ve gotten me through this very tough year!! Loss of a job,and benefits. I let the Liberty’s keep me motivated with that excellent sound! Thank you Soundcore!!

Hello all! I have soundcore sport x20s and they work awesome. It’s actually quite a long story for them. I got the headphones in may of 2024, and in I think October of 2025 the right earbud started failing, and their customer service was unlike I have EVER seen before. So first I emailed them to ask about how the right earbud started failing (was playing way quieter than the left), so I emailed them about it, and they responded within MINUTES, with info on what could be going on. I kind of forgot to respond, and they even reminded me that they wanted my feedback! Anyways after that I tried the feedback but it dident work :(. So after that they just sent me a new one for free, and it came like 2 days before they said it would be there! So soundcore in answer to your question thank you so much for your awesome customer service. I love these headphones, but there is one this I want to see in 2026. So the thing is my mother has these SUPER tiny ears, and the earbud will fit, but the like rubber thingy won’t, so maybe if you could add some sort of flat and skinny rubber attachment for purchase? Other than that tiny issue I love these. Keep it up!
Nice but not the exact one grammar mistake where you used a singular term (a) in otder to describe an element that is plural. Eh, who am I to judge? Your headphones are fire. Happy new year.
My one & only product, 4nc’s were both good & bad.
Sounded great, but I tried every ear tip size & could never adequately block out voices, even from across the room. Not sure if I just chose the wrong product b/c my older tozo nc2’s were far superior in this respect but also didn’t sound as well.
With that question unanswered I’m pretty sure these are headed back to Amazon, but can’t really leave a review as of yet.

I have both the X20 and the a30. I use the 80 30th absolutely every night. They are much appreciated. I find them comfortable to sleep with and I also appreciate the sleep score. I mostly listen to youTube videos when I am falling asleep or wake up in the middle of the night. I use the x-28 intermittently during the day when I want to listen to something different then whatever is on TV and the other room. Sometimes I forget I and wearing them and just have them with me all day. I’d like to try the liberty for sometime also. Thanks

I am super hopeful for this new year, and thankful for Soundcore’s tech. Got the new sleep A30s for my eldest daughter. She struggles with sleep due to chronic pain and vision loss which heightens her audio awareness and makes it hard to sleep in a house with 7 other people. I have a lot of faith these will help as a long term soundcore ear bud enthusiast.
