@eufy Are you going to continue ignoring all your customers? I’m feeling like Anker has to step up and clarify the kind of scam Eufy is pulling right now.

So many promises yet no action and not even any staff activity anymore.

Mushroom management at it’s best. Keep them in the dark and feed them shit.

Purchased a wired 2k doorbell when reading promises RTSP would be available “soon”. Really hope @eufy doesn’t let us down!

+1 for RTSP support in the 2K wired doorbell. I would like to buy a 2nd 2K doorbell for a different door, but without RTSP the use-case isn’t there, so this is a make or break feature for me. Anyone running Camect, Blue Iris, Surveillance Station, etc probably wouldn’t even consider your product without RTSP support, so adding it will open up your market to a whole new group of customers.

Bought a total pack and noticed that the doorbell doesn’t have this option and the cameras have. Would be nice to see this feature soon for this doorbell to.

Oh boy i sure was hoping it had it, i just purchased it for that reason, i guess ill have to return it now if this feature has been shelved.
