Important Feedback Regarding the Latest Soundcore Update
I’m writing this to highlight a serious problem many users (including myself) are facing after the latest Soundcore update. The update didn’t improve the experience — it actually made it worse.
Wind noise now enters the earbuds clearly, even at low speeds or while walking. This ruins the ANC and makes the sound very distracting.
The overall volume became noticeably weaker, especially the lower frequencies, and the music details almost disappeared.
The sound feels flat and unbalanced, and the listening experience is no longer enjoyable.
I have already tried every solution:
factory reset, reinstalling the app, clearing data, updating the firmware… none of these steps fixed anything. This shows the issue is a software problem in the latest update, not a hardware fault.
I trusted Soundcore and paid a high price for a product that should deliver strong audio quality. But after this update, the earbuds lost most of their value and performance.
We expect Soundcore to take this seriously and release a real fix as soon as possible.
Many users are waiting, and ignoring the problem won’t solve it.

So far, so good! I am so happy with my soundcore products. I don’t have to spend so much just to have a decent and quality audio experience. I own soundcore R50i NC, R60i NC, Liberty 5, and Select 4 Go. I am still looking at the best soundcore headphones. I am still undecided which from Q20i, Q45, and Space One should I get. Any recommendation?

Me encantó el diseño es verdaderamente bueno, excelente detalle de su cinta para colgarlos son los únicos que he tenido que traen dicha cinta, el gran sonido que tiene es realmente sorprendente es comparable con marcas reconocidas y no se queda atrás me impresionó lo envolvente y para mí lo que es más importante y satisfactorio lo comodo que son usar mis souncore p20i siempre batallo con encontrar audífonos que no lastimen mis oidos

At first I thought they were just kinda decent. But I didn’t realize until like two weeks later rn cus I finally read the manual cus I was curious, and I DIDN’T KNOW THERE WAS CHARGERS AND BLUETOOTH and shit! LMAO. It was so cheap on Amazon so I assumed they were the regular ones. I’ve only ever tried to use these just putting them on regular lol for the noise canceling part. It’s cool cus it actually helped to a degree plain too. I’m charging it for the first time tonight so I’ll see tomorrow how much more it can do!

As much as I like them, I do wish they covered the ear more and pressed against the ear more so there aren’t any openings.

Nice headset..with amazing sound quality and controls with in budget.
Please more updates and also improve tge surrounding sound options the sound is kinda not good otherwise i love soundcore and its the best everything is good about it i really recommend it for everyone
Just seen the new soundspace interface. If you spend a little time rooting through the options of sound samples, of which there are a generous amount and pick the right combinations (you can add multiple samples to a single track) it’s actually surprisingly relaxing. Just done ocean with frogs. I can hardly keep my eyes open as I type.
Unusual and welcomed. Thanks Soundcore team. Although, i will blame you for any sudden narcolepsy episodes suffered. Lol.
I have the Q45 and there is an additional bass boost function, which is really bassy. Is that a feature on your midel and is it switched on? Might help?
I really like the Soundspace function. It can be customized to be diverse with every mood.
