Home owners association = Money extortion to live in a community . Pretty much you pay anywheres to 200-400 dollars a month for basic privileges. Aka cutting grass in common areas of community. Use of community pavilion exc. The best amenities would be pool or basic gym equipment
So glad there are no HOA where I am. I guess some of them provide a useful service,…… but it just seems a bit OOT ….

We live in Germany, we can put up camera where we want, we are just committed to having a sight saying the property is under Video surveillence
This is ridiculous and crazy after a year and these people have nothing better to do why do they care
