How to replace battery
Faulty video doorbell… been emailed every day to try this try that. Send video in. Snapshot in.
Promised replacement doorbell to be then told to send mine back 1st.
Disgusting service for Faulty products .
Think before you buy. Warranty and aftersales are rubbish. Liars

Mine either. I have had mine for less than ten days. I contacted customer service and they told me to delete the App, get rid of Cache and History, etc. Reset the doorbell camera and Home Base. I did all that and I am still having issues with my wireless doorbell not recording. I have great WiFi, but the Home setting and Away settings aren’t keeping the time frame I am requesting. Very frustrating.
I have been connecting the 2x doorbell with a 12V DC power supply using 3" 24AWG wires. So far so good. The 24AWG is thin enough to pass through door threshold without comprise air sealing in cold winter.
my 2cents for a lazy set it and forget it.
When are you going to create a solar doorbell mount like The Ring and Amazon doorbells?

Just connected doorbell on optimal battery and it drained within 24 hours . I also changed motion and audio to lowest setting.
Not happy Eufy a total waste of money

I must not have completed the log in for the Eufy Security app or game properly as I can not get any pages to adjust the doorbell on my phone
When I have connect the camera doorbell. Which icon must I see in the carrom pool? Continues a plug icon? Or is the doorbell charge and unload. Charge and unload. Etc.
Am I able to connect abeify solar panel to my doorbell camera? Any advice is greatly appreciated. Cheers
Worst doorbell camera.
80% of the time it doesn’t record someone at my door. I have tried everything they have suggested, yet it still doesn’t record or send notifications on the rare occasion it does.
Battery lasts less than a week, I’m at the end of a dead end street so street activity is minimal. I have set the camera to optimize battery life, only record humans, and set sensitivity to low.
Tomorrow will go and purchase a real doorbell camera.
We need a solar accessory for the e340 doorbell
Hello please advise, my ring doorbell was fitted in June 2024 it worked well, I felt safe. I am alerted to the cars driving passed and birds too but not human movement which is the reason I had it installed.
