Unlock the Power of eufy | the Power of Detection to your Indoor Cam?

Double check to see if there is a firmware update for that camera
Camera settings then tap on General then About Device.

What available cameras do they show that looks similar to what you have when you tap on Edge Connection?

eufy started changing some of the camera names about 6 months ago.
I have the Solo OutdoorCam C24 which is now called the E210 Outdoor Cam.

I had already checked and I did it again. It says the firmware is updated. These are the infos about the camera.

When I go on the settings this is what I see:

As you can see there isn’t the Edge Connection button like I have in the S220 cam (see pic below):

Thank you for answering me.

Where did you hear they plan to do more than just record to the hb3? Something official ???

@Chefrd2000 damn it. I can’t find that read I found when I was searching before.
I recall it said ~~ at the moment recording onto HB3 is available only. eufy engineers are working on the AI functions to be available in a future update.

You’re welcome!
Perhaps the HomeBase3 needs an update?
Your camera shows it as available to work with HB3.

The firmware is updated. And I know the T8400 SHOULD be compatible with HB380. I guess they have to fix a few bugs.

Anyone know how to lower the data output it’s used 400 G in like 2 weeks

Does anyone know how to lower data output it’s chewed 400 G in 2 weeks ?

Is there any update on this thread. I have an indoor cam pan and tilt, and an indoor cam. Both firmwares are up to date. I bought a Homebase 3 ( firmware also up to date) plus a SSD on the promise of my two cameras being compatible but it seems that it’s still not the case. I feel I’ve been fobbed off several times by Eufy support an am no further forward.

Does anyone know if these compatibility issues will ever be addressed?

Can’t wait to receive my orders. Early black friday deals are amazing!!!

After a year and three quarters of waiting for a proper indication from Eufy I’ve now unplugged my Homebase 3 because it’s just been sitting there wastefully consuming electric but providing no service. The indication from the start that my two cameras would be updated to be compatible had proven to be pure fiction. My Homebase and added memory has proven to be a complete waste of money, something I can’t afford to waste.

After chasing Eufy several more times, getting confusing messages from them, one even suggesting my Homebase 3 was broken, I’ve finally received a clear reply. After two years of saying that they’re working on compatibility with their older cameras, the feedback is that they’re still working on it !!!

Maybe your camera is set to detect “Humans Only”
Have a check, it might be the issue.
