I’m very very upset with e u f y security cameras at first I love them I bragged about them but over time they did not tell me my flood light would get watered in it in the cracks and damage it now I’m stuck without a camera and they only give you a 6-month warranty that’s bull crap it little at least be a year warranty it’s their fault they don’t seal them up with so I’m up here with water doesn’t get in there now I’ll pay like $200 some dollars for that camera and now I have no camera around back and they want to give me a little discount I think this is bull crap and I have every security camera there is down to the doorbell to their vacuum cleaner I really thought they were something and something else the cameras that charge up by the Sun they are bullcrap as well because you had to keep going up down a lot of to charge them up not as it seems to be and when my cameras do go out I will be finding the another security company to get new cameras these just not that great they need to do a lot of improvement on them

Enjoyed eufy over ring and other with the following reasons . 1) cheaper cost for the cameras 2) nice audio and video qualities 3) the amazing part thats the unlike ring and others can access database anytime without the need of subscribing…anytime I can check back and easy to downalode clips and sharing via WhatsApp and other ways…loving it eufy

One rainy night, a month after moving into our new home, I thought I heard knocking at both the front and back doors. Unsure if it was my imagination, the next day I searched for a temporary security camera and chose eufy for its no-fee option. Three years later, the cameras still works perfectly, giving my family peace of mind and a sense of security. Thank you, eufy!
Hi I learned about eufy from my brother-in-law and I switched from ring to eufy and I’m so glad I did I plan on purchasing more products from them but just a few weeks ago my cat caught out and it’s not an out door cat she was missing for about a week. It got really cold at night. It was raining most the time and we were very worried for her. I used my cameras and sat and went back through the footage and then replaced one with her food outside and she came to eat the food, I noticed it with the notification and ran and open the door and got her back if it wasn’t for the eufy cameras I don’t know if we would’ve found her. They have a great product and I love the fact that there’s no monthly hands-down best brand on the market
Absolutely love my outdoor eufy security camera. I love that I’m able to watch live feed from my home at any given time no matter where iam. I love that I can’t talk to whoever comes to my home when im not there through said camera and the motion detection and alarm give me the ultimate feeling of security and safety. I run a tree service and my home has no garage or shed so all of my very expensive tools that amount to over 8,000 thousand dollars have to stay stored in the bed of my truck which does have a cover that latches but isn’t impossible to break and get through if someone wanted to and my camera with the motion detection and alarm give me such peace of mind that I know my tools are safe and if ever someone tries to steal them I would be made aware instantly. That alone is priceless to me and my husband. I just recently had to let 2 of my family members move into my spare bedroom and every since things have been disappearing and when confronted I get the oh idk what happened to your things you know I would never steal from u especially s8nce you’ve taken me off the streets gave me a home a bed etc. So I’m actually going to purchase myself an indoor camera this evening without letting said family members know. That way when they go to take from me again I’ll have proof and they won’t be able to talk their way outta actual footage of them taking from me. So in conclusion I LOVE & ADORE the eufy cameras and will also soon be purchasing another outdoor camera for my back door and look very forward in doing so. I highly recommend these cameras to all my friends and family and any and all other ppl looking for an amazing security system and app. So thank you for being so amazing and awesome. 
So our very first security camera was with Vincent, that was a joke and sooo expensive. Then we went with ring, but after hearing the allegations of the workers being able to watch saved videos or even live videos we said no more. We changed over to eufy 3 years ago, and has been amazing. The only bad thing I would say is that from the doorbell camera it only picks up moment if it is directly in front of the camera or a few feet away. It won’t pick up movement further away.
We have had our same Eufy Cam2 cameras for 5 years now and the video recordings are STILL better than the videos captured by my friend’s Ring Doorbell she just bought. I’m saving money to upgrade to your newer cameras that have better AI detection & clearer 4K video at night…but until then I’m still happy with the cameras I purchased 5 years ago, which says A LOT because 5 years is like a lifetime in terms of technology! 
I actually cannot wait for Eufy to merge the apps. It’ll makes using there products even easier and convenient
Really wish the HB3 had HomeKit support… have to connect it thru homebridge and that is hit or miss

Yes, I agree activity zones don’t work well and alerts for branches and shadows are often, while missing humans.

I am in love with eufy products, currently just purchased a solo camera for my back garden, I have three other cameras and purchased the permanent lights, when I trigger one of the cameras outside my lights come on which is great as we live in a dark rural area and so handy like a spot light sensor.

Eufy was there for me when Ring was not. I will never go back to ring. Eufy will always be my go to security system

I am one of the biggest user of eufy but now i am facing device dying on me after a year and left with a dead device. I got my 4th device dying this year.
