I agree. I have similar issues with my activity zones missing activity all the time. I can walk all around my driveway and not be detected until I’m 15ft from my cameras
I was looking at that model and was curious if the wire can be concealed and come from directly through the wall so you don’t see any wires or does the wire have to come out the side of the camera as all the photos on the website show it

I really enjoy my eufy camera I bought it over two years ago and. It works perfectly everywhere I’ve put it and since it it wireless it’s supper convenient to put everywhere and anywhere

I have had nothing but good experiences with my eify cameras my original set lasted 5 years I just updated and a friend wants my old set I think slot of the issues people have with camera systems is not taking the time to learn about them and how to use them. I know this because I was one of those people when I got my first system. GOD Bless and stay safe and remember take care of your neighbors.
How do I delete all recordings at one time for a year
I don’t know how that can be done. I do not believe there is an option for that, that will only delete a Year’s worth of recordings.
There are two to ways to delete “all recordings” that doesn’t require you to check mark them individually and that is to Clear Storage or if you have video recorded on an SD card then you would format the SD card.
Again… All recorded video will be deleted.
Purchased the S3 Pro and I’m happy with my purchase so far. It really sparked me to focus more on my outdoor lighting rather than having my house sit in the dark.
Is it okay to just keep the year of videos? Or will this cause an issue with no more space?
You shouldn’t have an issue as when the local storage is full, new videos will overwrite the oldest ones.

I’ve used eufy cameras for about five years now and am pretty happy with them. I have a large property/small farm and have had problems with uninvited guests stopping by and the cameras have notified me before they had a chance to explore much.
I have had the occasional problem with them… Like trees or shadows moving setting them off. The detection zones don’t seem to work. And a couple get foggy video when it rains, and one camera looks foggy all the time to the point that I can barely see anything out of it. I’m tempted to try a different brand but I really like eufy’s features and I have a lot of money invested in the ones I have.
The worst problem I’ve had with them so far is that the notifications stopped a couple of weeks ago. I’ve tried everything I can think of to fix it, even reinstalled the app, but no bueno. Unfortunately, they are a lot less useful to me without the notifications. All in all, I’m happy with eufy cameras and really like the features they provide. They are on the expensive side for me, but I’m happy I have them. Once I get the notifications fixed I’ll be happier.

New user to Eufy security cameras after deciding to drop Ring. Getting ready to add door and window sensors to replace my Ring Alarm Pro and wanted to know what others are using for a backup of the security system specifically related to the arming and disarming of the sensors in case of a power failure.
