Hi Eufe , I bought one of your door bell it was so reliable I now added four more camara to my property.
All was well until lately my doorbell battery drain out very quickly. I’ve changed verious settings. But till the same I have to change it every free days model number is T821451024110458 hope you can help.

Initially I was getting notifications fast, then in time I started getting them late and was unable to check videos from the app.
I went to home base settings and deleted old videos and events. After that I started getting notifications quicker and was able to see videos again.
Try that if you don’t have other options proposed.

When are we getting the S1 Pro camera to act also as security camera and also allow to navigate the house from app using the camera (for surveillance or checking on pets/kids)? Roborock already has this on cheaper robot vacuums…

I have 3 Eufy cameras and would like a remote friend have access on his phone to one only of the three cameras. Is this possible and if so how would I go about setting it up?

Hello I’ve installed a camera in my back yard and in constantly shows poor signal and can be offline. This is because it is far away from the home base. But my wifi signal is also quite poor there. I am just wondering if by installing a new home base near to it will resolve the problem or is it best to boost my wifi signal to the back of my house? I have an older home base I could install. Thank you.
