I have a couple of 2K indoor plus a Solo 220 2K outdoor camera. I tend to use them for recording wildlife visiting my garden as opposed to security. I recently purchased a Homebase 3 and have linked my existing cameras. I read that the video stored on Homebase 3 is in fact 1080p not 2K. If this is indeed the case would deregistering my cameras from the Homebase 3 mean that the footage stored on the cameras be in 2K?
I thought they had fixed that issue…
As I don’t have a HomeBase I can’t test it out but, download one of the recorded videos onto your phone and then check the specs.

Yes if you unpair/deregister the camera from the HomeBase then it will record onto the SD card of that camera in 2K.
