2c pro Cameras wont connect to homebase 2

Hi,

Just got my delivery of 2c pro 2 camera kit and full home alarm system today.

Got the homebase setup on the router no problem, then added one camera ok. Come to add another camera and it wont connect at all.
I’ve tried everything including resetting the homebase. After resetting and starting again none of the cameras will connect at all now.

Going to call eufy in the morning but I’m not best pleased after spending over £600.

What could be the problem ?

Did you resolve this? I just had the same issue and it was the protective plastic on the front. Apparently it blocks the sound during the connection process. I took it off and the cameras instantly connected.
