Was working fine for 3 months. Battery was low, charged it up to full, 16 days later it was low again. Charged it up to full again. Died a few days later. No warning or anything. No lights, no error. Just dead. Bought it for less than a year. Used it for less than 5 months. Absolutely disappointed. Battery is marketed to last a year, but device couldn’t even survive 1 year.

I have the same and I think that there seems to be a software problem , because if I press 5 times the sync button it works again for a while
