2k doorbell rings itself

My 2k doorbell uses AC power with an existing mechanical chime and has been installed and operating for a year without any issues. Starting about 2 weeks ago, the chime would ring randomly about once a day or every other day at different times with no one at the door. The eufy app did not register the doorbell button was pressed and seems to operate normally when I press it. Does anyone know what the problem is and how to fix it? Thank you in advance!
