2K Option Greyed Out on Second Solo IndoorCam E220 (P24)
Hi everyone,
I recently bought two Eufy Security Solo IndoorCam E220 (P24) cameras, just a few days apart.
The first camera, which I’ve set up in the front room, works as expected — I can switch between 1080P and 2K recording quality without any issues.
However, on the second camera, the option to select 2K is greyed out and can’t be enabled. Both cameras are the same model, so I’m not sure why this is happening.
Has anyone else run into this issue? I would appreciate any advice or info on what might be causing it.
