Hi all.
I can’t view my live feed via my 4g-5g signal. I can only view it via my WiFi connection…while I’m at home. Kind of defeats the point! Anyone got any tips on how to get it working?

I have had same problem. Switched to 4g only and set video quality in app to low. Its the only way I can any picture over mobile network. Very disappointed as the 4g network speek is 20mbs so should work ok
I had similar issues. I had just updated iOS on phone to 14.7.1 in the end uninstalling the eufy app and reinstalling if resolved issues. Restarting the base unit has resolved similar in the past as well. Good luck
