I have a 4g starlight camera that has a film on the lens that can not be cleared by cleaning.
Can anyone suggest how to remove the film which I believe is from being outside & in sunlight? The camera is of no use without resolving this issue. thanks Allison
Nothing I can suggest clear it up, it may be moisture behind the lens that may evaporate eventually, but that shouldn’t happen.
The camera may have an issue with its weatherproofing.
If it’s still under warranty you should file a claim.
