A friend is over, helping me clean for Customers to come over for my ornamental fish store. During the middle of that this biker who I believe to be an actual threat to me cut my power momentarily. You can hear the Joceline of the obstacles that have been placed in front of the box. You can then hear me the stating that (ac loss) is going to happen and then see him (friend) walking out as the guy comes around the corner. The cops have been no help. This is nightly. Multiple times each day also! I’m scared frankly
