Hi. I recently bought 2 sets of Eufy cam 2c i think they are. I have my own set up and running but the second set is for my mother in law. She is awaiting internet connection. So the idea of getting cameras for Mother in law was because a young local druggie was hiding his stash in her garden. Shes in mid eighties so i will set uo and monitir things for her. So my question is how do i do that. I already have the Eufy app on my phone so how can i have another to monitor hers? What steps do i need to take to have full access to both my iwn system plus hers
Does she have a phone you could set up an acct for her with her new cameras? If yes… you could then simply share full access with you. Once set up you could manage everything on her system. I babysit my friends home when he is on vacation…. Works good.
Yes. She has a smartphone so yes i can set her up with her own account. Thats all fine. But its the sharing bit i dont understand. As i have my own system and app is it easy to also access her system on my app? This is where in lost
You’ll also need another HomeBase at her house and simply connect the other 2C camera to it
Very easy. You will see “ share device” in settings for the homebase… or just any single cam. Once you have her system ready to go…. Use her phone and share it with you. Set your access level to “ admin” ( I think that’s it ) for full access to her system and settings.
