This person walks their dog early morning, so I am not able to talk to them. My neighbourhood has gone downhill since the last 10 years. Most of the old respectable people who valued old traditional ways have either passed away or moved on (they were proud to keep their house and garden clean etc). I have the bad neighbour next door (fire house) who has moved back in now. So waiting to see if the drug den resumes and how I tackle it. Generally you have good and bad neighbourhoods throughout the country, but even a good neighbourhood can turn bad overtime.
