Actually I have 5 Eufy Indoor Pan & Tilt. 3 of them are some years older then the other I bought 1 week ago. I noticed that the older one do have an other Firmware (2.3.1.0 against 3.3.0.8) but the app told me, there is no new FW available.
Can someone confirm that resetting the older cams may solve the problem? Support told me so.

I don’t think it would help with the upgrade. The cameras are upgraded in batches based on their serial number. Don’t worry so long as it says no upgrade available as that means you are on the latest for that particular batch of cameras within that model. I see the same with two of my indoor cameras which I purchased 2 years apart.
